Refund policy

We want you to love your La Regalia Equestrian purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of purchase.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Exchanges

We accept size exchanges where stock is available. If your preferred size is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Items returned damaged or dirty

  • Sale or discounted items

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@laregaliaequestrian.com with your order number and reason

  2. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies

  3. Ship the item back to us using your preferred courier
    (If the item is confirmed faulty, we will refund the return shipping cost)

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
