1. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Fees

• Flat Rate: R150 nationwide

• Free Shipping: Orders over R3000 qualify for free delivery

• Outlying Areas: We ship to outlying and rural areas at the same flat rate

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via The Courier Guy's website.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping options will be available in the near future.
