All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes. These are non-transferable, valid only for the specified period, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.
5. Product Use
Our garments are intended for personal use. There are no restrictions on commercial or editorial use, but please contact us for any brand partnership or editorial features.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
7. Warranty
As a premium clothing brand, we do not offer an extended warranty. However, should an item arrive with a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for evaluation. If confirmed, we will replace or refund the item, including the return courier fee.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
